Refund Policy

Subject to the nature of the products being live plants we sell i.e. Plants, we offer refunds only if the plant does not match the description of the item. By that we mean if the plant is not in good physical condition on receipt or is different in size from description. We do not assume responsibility of an item being oversized only undersized plants to be considered not as described. For a refund we must receive a notification on email within 48 hours of receipt of the plant with clear pics and problem/issue advised. Courier or postal record to be considered as final in this time calculation.

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
Once you contact us for an issue we will advise within 48 hrs of what may be done with the plant as we request to keep the items safe till that time. 

We will adjust for the return postage if the plant needs to be returned in cases where it was received faulty or not as described.
